1. Services

HyperShift Performance provides ECU remapping and performance tuning services. All modifications are performed at the vehicle owner's request and risk.

2. Vehicle Requirements

• Vehicle must be in good mechanical condition
• Owner must disclose all existing modifications
• We reserve the right to refuse service on vehicles deemed unsuitable

3. Warranty & Liability

We guarantee our tuning workmanship for 30 days from service date.

We are NOT liable for:

• Manufacturer warranty voidance
• Pre-existing mechanical issues
• Misuse, racing, or abuse after tuning
• Consequential damages (engine failure, accidents, fines)
• Emission test failures in regions where modifications are illegal

4. Legal Compliance

• Customer is responsible for ensuring modifications comply with local laws
• Off-road/competition tunes are NOT for public road use
• DPF/EGR deletes are for off-road/export vehicles only

5. Payment & Refunds

• Full payment required before vehicle release
• No refunds once tuning is completed
• Original file restoration available at additional cost

6. Data & Files

• We retain backup copies of all ECU files
• Customer data is kept confidential
• We may use anonymized performance data for marketing

7. Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
